The short version

GA.Spas is a static directory of spas across Georgia. There are no user accounts, no login, and no server collecting data about you as you browse. We don't run ad networks or sell data.

Information we receive

• When you contact or claim a listing. Our "claim this listing" and contact actions open your own email app with a pre-filled message. If you choose to send it, we receive what you write — typically your name, business, email address, and any details you add. We use it only to respond and to manage your listing.
• Listing data. Spa names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, and hours come from publicly available business listings and directories. If you own a business and want a correction or removal, contact us and we'll handle it.

Stored only in your browser

Some features use your device locally and never send data to us:

• Saved spas are kept in your browser's local storage on your device.
• "Near me" uses your browser's location only to sort results in your browser. Your location is not transmitted to or stored by us.
• Install / offline. Installing the app or visiting offline uses a service worker that caches pages on your device.

Third parties

The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may log standard request data (such as IP address) for security and reliability. Map and "directions" links open Google or Bing Maps, and "Book"/website links open the spa's own site — those services have their own privacy policies.

Children

GA.Spas is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
