What GA.Spas is

The Site is an informational directory of spas, med spas, and massage studios across Georgia. It's provided for convenience to help people discover businesses. We are not a spa, do not provide spa services, and do not book or process payments on behalf of the businesses listed.

Accuracy

Listing details (names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, ratings) come from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. We make no warranty as to accuracy. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting or booking. Ratings and reviews originate with third-party platforms and reflect their users' opinions, not ours.

Not an endorsement or affiliation

A listing is not an endorsement. Unless a business has a paid listing it claimed, inclusion does not imply any relationship between GA.Spas and that business. Business names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Listings for business owners

Free listings exist to make the directory useful. Paid listings (Standard and Premium) and what each includes are described on our pricing page. Claiming or paying for a listing means you represent the business or are authorized to act for it. We may edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate or inappropriate content.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, or republish the directory in bulk, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use it to send unsolicited messages to listed businesses.

Disclaimer & liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GA.Spas and Artivicolab are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information, including dealings with any business you find here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
